| Start/End of stay: arrival 16:00-20:00; departure by 09:30. Prices are per unit per week and include: activities (july - august), use of swimming pool, 1 space in guarded car park per apartment, TV. To be paid for locally: Security Deposit € 100,00, repayable on departure; compulsory final cleaning € 40,00 per 1-/2-room, € 50,00 per 3-/4-room; € 25,00 per week for 2° car parking space; € 8,00 per person per bed linen change; beach service and/or associated lido optional; holiday tax*. SERVICES: The resort has: bar with entertainment, restaurant, pizzeria, nearby mini-market, ping-pong, children's playground, swimming pool, TV room, barbecue and token operated washing machines. The resort is ideal for families; the entrance to the resort is 150m from the sea; the resort is surrounded by nature and vegetation of every kind. REGULATIONS: The apartments cannot on any account be occupied by more persons than the number of persons specified for each apartment. Reservations are only valid if a deposit of 30% of the total cost is received within 7 days of booking, beyond which the reservation is canceled. The balance must be paid on the day of arrival before taking possession of the housing unit. Accommodation may not be occupied before 16:00 and after 20:00 on the due date of arrival and must be vacated by 09:30 on the day of departure. Guests are kindly requested to keep their accommodation locked at all times. Money and other valuables can be left in the safe-keeping of the management who may not any account be held responsible for any thefts or losses. Non-resident visitors may visit only with the express consent of the management and only for the time permitted. Do not damage plants or trees or fixtures, fittings and contents of accommodation. Kitchen corners must be left clean and tidy on pain of an additional payment of € 15,00. Accommodation is furnished and equipped with all the essentials (except caffettiere and pans). Small pets are welcome on payment of a supplement of € 30,00 to cover the cost of disinfestations. Note: the apartments that have the same number of beds may have different characteristics both internal that external. During your stay it is absolutely forbidden to leave your car outside your allocated accommodation except for unloading/loading at time of arrival/departure. Any complaints, malfunctions or breakdowns of any kind must be reported to the management immediately and not on the day of departure! CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations, whatever the reason, are accepted only in writing or by telegram upto 30 days before the due date of arrival with a loss of the 30% booking deposit. For cancellations of less than 30 days before due date of arrival half the total cost of the booking is payable. In case of delayed arrival guests are requested to notify the management, otherwise the management reserves the right to re-sell the accommodation without refund or compensation. Guests of the resort implicitly accept all the above regulations. * The holiday tax will be calculated as per regulations imposed by the Comune di Vieste (local government) and is payable at time of departure, a receipt will be issued. |
